you told me to cut off piece from bottom of plant. I let it dry and just pushed down into the soil. You didn't tell me if I needed to use anything before it goes in the dirt. when and how will i know if it has roots? I'm excited to see the transformation. Can you tell me where the new spouts will show first? Thank you for walking me through this
